Fit For 15

The Fit-for-15 Campaign is a fundraiser designed to get alumni physically active, generate revenue for reunion expenses, and contribute to the graduating senior class of Eleanor Roosevelt High School. Alumni within the District of Columbia metropolitan region will gather at Greenbelt Lake (Buddy Attick Park) on Saturday, August 22 2015 at 8:00am to run, walk, or bike around a scenic 1.25 mile trail. Alumni outside of the aforementioned region will gather at a local park (on the same date, and time) in their respective communities to run, walk, or bike around a 1.25 mile trail.

We are asking patrons (outside of our classmates) to help us with our cause. A donation of $2.00 per lap (1.25 mi) is the suggested donation. Upon completion of the event, patrons will be able to log on to http://erhs2000.com/ and submit their donation via PayPal. Please ensure that donations are submitted by Saturday, August 29 2015. Click here to download patron donation sheet.

A couple of parks where Class of 2000 Alumni will be getting Fit-for-15 include:

  • Central Park; New York City, New York
  • Stone Mountain Park; Atlanta, Georgia
  • Runyon Canyon Park; Los Angeles, CA

Help us in our journey to get/stay fit, reunite, and give back!

Rain Date: Saturday, August 29 2015

Sincerely,
